  4. P.e. You may be dedicated to poject 1 the 20 and the 21 of september. To always have a visual clue, the various other calendars will appear in the project 1 color:
  5. A) Select with the mouse Project1
  6. B) Press on the mouse over the 20 of september
  7. C) Drag the mouse to the 21th.

  9. ^^2^^Note as the select color is boxed 
  10. ^^3^^From now on the 20 and 21 of september will be in this color.

  12. ^^4^^If you double click on a day you obtain a list of the appointments for this day. 
  13. ^^5^^With A CR you can open a particular appointment.

  15. To Close the list click again 
  16. ^^6^^Compliments you have finished this training.
